Welcome to
LOB Diving
We are now in our 34th season as a United States Diving club which competes in regional, zone and national USA Diving sanctioned meets.
This will be our 12th year competing as an AAU club in the TriState Diving league, local invitational meets and the AAU Nationals.
Our divers train four days per week with the goal of competing in select invitational meets leading up to USD regional, zone and national meets in the spring and summer.
All of our athletes are encouraged to develop his or her skills according to progressions that are appropriate to that individual.

LOB captures 6th place with six National Champions at AAU Nationals.
We had seventeen divers compete
at the 2018 AAU National
Championships - the largest team we have ever brought to the meet.
Our team earned 6th place in a field of 99 teams featuring five individual National Champions and a shared sixth championship with the San Antonio club. *click here for detailed info
